What we train

Programs for every age and every goal.

Three core tracks — youth, adult, and private coaching — plus specialty programs for seniors and community outreach. Every class is run by an experienced coach.

Youth & Teen Boxing

Fundamentals, discipline, and confidence — in a safe, high-energy environment. Separate programming for ages 5–12 and 13–17.

  • Kids Boxing — ages 5 to 12
  • Teen Boxing — ages 13 to 17
  • Free intro sessions on Fridays at 4:00 PM

Adult Boxing

Technique, conditioning, and sparring for everyone from first-timers to competitors. Classes meet several times a week.

  • Group classes — all experience levels
  • Bag work, pad work, and footwork drills
  • Optional sparring once fundamentals are solid

Private Coaching

One-on-one sessions with a coach — tailored to your goals, your pace, and your schedule.

  • Technique refinement for competitors
  • Fitness-first coaching for new boxers
  • Scheduled around your availability

Specialty programs

More than a boxing class.

Alongside our standard programs, we run community-focused and specialty classes that use boxing to tackle problems bigger than fitness.

Seniors · Low impact · Group class

Senior Prime Time

Boxing-based training for seniors — strength work, coordination drills, pad work, and light cardio. Designed to build flexibility and sharpen the mind.

Youth outreach · 8-week series · Community

RISE Program

An eight-week workshop series for at-risk and underprivileged youth. Boxing fundamentals paired with leadership, discipline, and mentorship.

Adults · Wellness · Mental health

Boxing Decompression

A class built for adults working through stress, burnout, or depression — using boxing as a controlled outlet in a supportive setting.

How we train

What your first weeks look like.

Call or stop in

Easiest first step is a quick call or text. We'll tell you what classes make sense for your age and goals, and when to show up.

First class on us

Youth training is free on Fridays at 4 PM. Adults can arrange a trial session — show up, borrow gloves, and see if we're a fit before you commit.

Fundamentals first

Stance, footwork, basic punches. We don't push you into sparring on day one — the fundamentals are what make everything else work.

Build at your pace

Some members train twice a week for fitness. Others come six days a week to compete. Both are welcome, and both get the same coaching attention.

Pick a membership

Three, six, or twelve-month plans. The longer the plan, the lower the monthly rate. No long-term contracts — just the term you signed up for.

Stay for the community

What keeps people here isn't the workout — it's the people. Coaches who know your name, training partners who show up for you, and a room where effort matters more than ego.
